I've had Glacier for about 5 weeks, she's gained forty plus pounds. The top picture is her the day we got her, the next one is today. Can you see the improvement? It isn't my imagination is it? She has more energy too. I can actually lunge her for more than five minutes now.
Antoinette came out again today and lunged her for me. What a neat thing too! Does the mare look happy? Well.. it is hard to tell, she always looks a little crabby- but her eyes are closed in this last picture and she at least looks content.

She is definitely plumper. Nice spotted hiney.
oh look at that round butt! LOL doing a good job, I am glad she is back with someone who loves her, I love her color by the way.
Looks content to me! I love that spotted butt. Black and white - you cant get any better than that. Lucky!
Oh yeah, you can see the improvements! Look at that nice round hiney!
What a huge difference! She really looks a LOT healthier!
I can tell! I can tell!
Seems like those Appys are tough cookies and can make good come-backs. It looks as though it won't take long with your good vittles.
That is where the weight goes on me too! Straight to my as..spots! hahahaha! Oh she is a beauty! I am sure she is much happier, aren't we all when our tummy is full??
Oh, she is looking soooo much better! Great job. She looks very content...it's just such a wonderful story how you got her back!
I like big butts and I cannot lie!
Esp. Black and White butts!
She is looking so much better - like everyone else has said, much more round. Round is good!! I'm so glad she's with people who will love and care for her. I love her spots!!
Most definitely(a visible improvement)!!! That is so cool that you found her and get the chance to get her back into the best shape possible.
She's a pretty mare. Did you adopt her? Or am I missin' something. I think she definately looks like she's gianed weight!
Definitely not your imagination--she is packing it on
She's looking good and loving where she's at! Funny how they can become so unfit, so thin, so fast...and it takes 'ages' to see improvements when love and care is provided! Great job!
